Since him and Kelis are getting a divorce, he has to pay that bitch $50,000 a month. What the fuck does a child need with that? Ok today in my Equal Opportunity Law class with Professor Bill Proctor we got on the topic of child support while talking about today's politics and child support is still a hot topic to this day and the class got heated. The women were getting real pissed at what some of the brothas was saying in class on their views about child support. Most of the men in the class agreed that child support is excessive and most females felt that the man got what he deserved when the judge made the child support. Before I start this note. To those single baby mama's who baby daddy ain't shit, keep doing your think and say fuck his dead beat ass. And to my the single baby daddy's say fuck that girl, you don't need her neither. Now to the topic at hand, child support. I kinda set the class in motion in this topic when I brought up the fact that I think that some of the child support orders are too excessive for most men to pay. If a brotha is making $1,800/month and the judge orders this man to pay $500/month along with child support and his other bills I felt that was out of order. If the man is taking care of his child I feel that, that he should not have to even pay child support at all to his baby mama. Now if he isn't doing anything, then the judge should indeed tax that man for not being a man and taking care of his child. Now, the ladies was like $500 ain't even enough for a child to be taken care of for a month, hell it ain't even enough to take care of you during a month. Well I did the math between the baby daddy and the baby mama to see how both parties are affected by this child support shit. The man makes more than the woman in this situation since he is paying child support in the first place Baby Daddy Baby Mama $1,800 Monthly Income $1,500 $500 Rent $ 500 $150 Utilities $ 150 $100 Insurance $ 100 $200 Grocery Bill $ 200 $500 Child Support $ 0 $100 Transportation $ 100 --------------------------

$100 $950<---------After Child Support So you mean to tell me because the man makes more money than his baby mama after paying all his bills and this child support he is stuck with $100 to get him thru the month while his baby mama is sitting comfortably at $950. Why she gotta have damn near $1,000 a month while he sitting broke? Now yall gone bring up day care, food, clothes? So you mean to tell me within that month, 30 days, that you gone spend all that money on the child because this is a 50/50 deal with the baby daddy and the baby mama. So basically $750 going towards the child? THAT'S SOME STRAIGHT UP BULLSHIT and ya'll know. All that money is not going to go to the child, maybe $300 of that is goin to go to the child but the rest is going to your pocket. All I'm saying is why should the baby daddy have to pay all this money in child support even if he is still taking care of his child by buying clothes, spending time and doing what a father should. That's all I want to know is why?
